The goal of this project is to explore the patient’s values and increase self-awareness of them, which can help them create or improve relationships with others.

  • Discuss the person in the picture
  • Talk about the traits that the person possess and why the patient feels those traits are positive
  • Encourage the patient to talk about people they like and admire and the traits those people have
  • Have the patient list and discuss their own positive traits

Instructions

Have the patient draw a picture of a person with a halo above their head or angel wings.
